We find ourselves in a nation where we can’t have what we are entitled to.
I went to the PHCN / NEPA office to buy a recharge for my new Infrared Prepaid meter and I was given code and was not told that there was an additional code or format to use.

When i went back to their office another set of codes where given to me which was still not a complete format.
I could not recharge my prepaid meter for more than a week – but fortunately, a neighbour help out and i decide to make this public and help fellow Nigerians to be free from bondage of the useless PHCN officials who look for every available means to chest citizens of their money.
